Information and Consent

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user (hereinafter, the “User” or “Users”) is informed and gives their free, informed, specific, and unequivocal consent for the personal data provided through the website located at the URL [ablawyers.es] (hereinafter, the “Website”) to be processed by AB Lawyers, as well as any data derived from browsing and any other data that may be provided in the future.

The User must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been written clearly and simply to facilitate its understanding, allowing the User to determine, freely and voluntarily, whether they wish to provide their personal data to AB Lawyers.

Purpose of Data Processing

By voluntarily providing their personal data through any form on this Website and expressly accepting its submission, the User expressly authorizes AB Lawyers to process and incorporate the submitted data into a file owned by AB Lawyers.

  • Contacting the sender of the information, responding to their request, inquiry, or query, and managing the publication of queries and comments, as well as follow-ups.

  • Managing and controlling the client portfolio.

  • Managing the User’s participation in sweepstakes or contests organized by AB Lawyers.

  • Managing the User’s registration process on the Online Platform.

  • Evaluating and managing the User’s curriculum vitae for recruitment processes that match their professional profile and conducting necessary actions for selection and hiring.

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, AB Lawyers will not send advertising or sales communications without prior request or consent from Users. Additionally, unsolicited messages or email chains will not be sent.

Personal data provided by the User must be truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date. The User will be responsible for any damages caused due to non-compliance with this obligation.

Protection of Minors

We do not collect personal data from minors. It is the responsibility of parents/legal guardians to ensure the privacy of minors by taking all necessary precautions to authorize the collection and use of their personal data.

Duration of Data Processing

  • Data for managing client relationships, billing, and service collection will be retained as long as the contract is in effect. Once the relationship ends, data may be retained as required by applicable legislation and until potential liabilities arising from the contract expire.

  • Data for managing inquiries and requests will be retained for the necessary time to respond, with a maximum period of one year.

  • Data related to comments about our products will be maintained while the products or services remain public unless the User requests their deletion.

  • Data for participation in contests, sweepstakes, and promotions will be retained for the duration of the event and until any potential liabilities expire.

  • Data for commercial communications and profiling will be retained indefinitely unless the User requests deletion.

  • Curriculum vitae data for recruitment processes will be retained for three months.

User Rights Regarding Their Data

The User has the following rights:

  • Request information about stored personal data (access).

  • Request correction of inaccurate personal data (rectification).

  • Request deletion or limitation of personal data processing (erasure and restriction).

  • Request that their personal data be provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (portability).

The User also has the right to file a complaint with the data protection authorities (Spanish Data Protection Agency). However, we invite Users to contact us first to resolve any concerns regarding their data.
