Standard procedure

  1. Ask for an Online Appointment with us for legal advice and receive information about the procedure, taxes and expenses of the purchase or sale.
  2. In case of purchase: Locate the property of interest for the purchase.
  3. Contact us to send real estate agent or seller´s lawyer. Send us the details (property, agreed price, deposit to be paid, agreed period, etc.).
  4. In case of sale: Contact us to send the real estate agent or the buyer’s lawyer details. Send us the details (property, agreed price, deposit to be paid, agreed period, etc.).
  5. An estimate will be sent to you including costs and taxes of the purchase or sale.
  6. We will send you our Order Form to sign.
  7. We will proceed with the transaction process: “Due Diligence” preparation of pre-agreement contract, private purchase contract, etc.
  8. Granting of the purchase or sale deed.
  9. Settlement of taxes and expenses, etc.
